Michal Průšek received his B.Sc. in Mathematical Informatics from the Faculty of Nuclear Sciences and Physical Engineering, Czech Technical University, Prague, in 2023 with a bachelor's thesis on gesture-controlled drones. He is pursuing his M.Sc. degree in Applied Mathematical Stochastic Methods at the same faculty. His current research focuses on biomedical image segmentation, which is also the topic of his master's thesis. He works as a research assistant at the Institute of Information Theory and Automation of the Czech Academy of Sciences (ÚTIA AV ČR), where he is involved in several projects, including AISee, detection, and recognition of digital digits on displays, and segmentation of biomedical images.
