The purpose of this workshop is to bring together researchers with a common interest in the field of mathematical continuum mechanics. Besides invited presentations, there will be a poster session and opportunities for informal discussions.
Institutes of Information Theory and Automation in cooperation with Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, Charles University in Prague organizes STAT of ML (Statistics of Machine Learning) conference to be held from September 30 to October 1, 2019 in Prague, Czech Republic. The main theme of the conference is rigorous statical treatment of machine learning applied in the field of digital finance.

It combines a mathematical program in the afternoon/evening with a free program in the morning/early afternoon, when one can enjoy the beautiful scenery, go hiking, skiing or just discuss mathematics. Because of its location on the Czech-German border, it is suited mainly for Czech and German researchers.
